What's best "windows" or "Ubuntu" ?

Hey friends I am sorry because I didn't posted anything from 2 days but i should tell you my problem tomoroow I installed windows on my pc ( I used ubuntu 11.10 earlier ......
so i was just busy arranging softwares and games from my friends and from the net ....so I can't write any post tomorrow ......
so the Idea just came in my mind that some of our friends may be using ubuntu , mac , or anyother OS other than windows so they may think what is best "windows" or the "debian" family .......I personally used ubuntu 11.10 in my laptop earlier but after my friends and my father insisted for using windows I installed windows 7 because the latest windows is this Before windows 8 and I have just ordered for the key of win8 as soon as I get the key I will be using the win8 but till then I will be using win7 ........
so now I will tell you which os is better ????

　
1. Ubuntu is harder to use and understand rather than the windows . ya friends if you have been using windows platform since your computing periods ot school days and suddenly install ubuntu you will find it a lot difficult then the windows .. but friends the ubuntu version That i used was very easy to use and understand for ME !!! I can't tell that how it will be for you but as per my friends's feedback they found windows easier and ubuntu hard .......


2.Windows's security is less then Ubuntu
. Ubuntu is based on the dabian family and they have been caring for the security since they started making thier OS every production of the Debian family has better security then the windows versions.....but yes after windows XP that means from windows 7 window makers looked a lot from security point of view and hence the security of windows 7 is more than anyother windows before but it but windows 8 has a lot security ....!! but as I have not used it I can't tell how much but windows 7 lacks somewhere in security if compared to ubuntu 11.10


3.Softwares are readily avilable for windows than for ubuntu
. In india windows is more used than ubuntu so in my locality softwares are avilable more for windows 7 than for ubuntu but ubuntu 11.10 has a nice software center where you can download every software for your ubuntu production .....

4. you can't go to XP to 7 but you can go to Ubuntu 11.10 to 12.04
.yes friends windows has an update service but it updates your registry ,virus reports etc but not the version of windows !!!!!! but in the ubuntu I used it had an option to update from ubuntu 11.10 to ubuntu 12.04

5.Most softwares are for windows and not for ubuntu
.if you search over most sites you can get softwares for windows very eaisly but I noticed only big sites like softpedia providing softwares for mac productions .....but I mentioned The software center it is the place where you can get whatever software you want and yes did I told you about a software "wine" !!! after using wine you can run the windows apps in ubuntu !!!!
　
　
and there are many more difference between Ubuntu and Windows but the above differences are enough for one to make the choice what to use ,,,,,
For a normal guy windows is best but for a guy like me who loves to make changes in the computer ubuntu is good to use !! Friends I also used ubuntu because I heard from a site that it is a non profit organization but after trying ubuntu I say it can't be ......
